Maintain contact with hosts, providing any and all necessary services and information regarding

Essential Functions

Act as point of contact for assigned hosts.

Set up hosts with tour resources, website login, maintain regular contact, etc.

Stay in consistent & proactive communication with hosts throughout tour lifespan.

Help equip groups for successful group travel by utilizing company provided resources.

Communicate tours deadlines with hosts and any updates pertinent to their group.

Keep in contact with other departments (air, ground, supervisors) with necessary customer/host deviations, cancellations, and preferences.

Review traveler information and communicate with hosts prior to sending tour packets.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work as a team with other departments as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

Two years of experience in a customer service role.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hourly position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Travel may be expected for this position.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
