Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and coordinates appointments in a call center environment
- Supports patient care activities
- Schedules, reschedules, coordinates, and cancels appointments
- Inputs and/or updates accurate patient information
- Communicates accurate and complete information
- Must maintain strict confidentiality
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic proficiency with computers (preferably MS Office)
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
- Level I :
One (1) year of customer service experience - Level II :
Two (2) years of customer service experience
