Qualification:

Graduation (High School Diploma or equivalent)

• Assist guests and repeat visitors with accommodations, ticketing, training, leases, shuttles, and other services offered by the Reservations branch.
• Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly and professionally.
• Sell and up‑sell accommodations, packages, and services to prospective and returning guests.
• Take reservation calls, record critical information on the reservation log, and process customer deposits to credit cards in accordance with branch policy.
• Maintain positive working relationships with co‑workers and central Reservations services.
• Communicate efficiently with guests, co‑workers, external sellers and executives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and mindset while demonstrating reliable attendance on all scheduled days.
• Provide courteous, helpful, and accommodating service to all guests and colleagues.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Polite and courteous voice over the phone.
• Follow departmental opening and closing procedures.
• Respond to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Enhance guest experience by exceeding expectations and gracefully handling feedback.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Prior experience with property control systems preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role desired.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of a foreign language preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States with proper documentation.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work flexible hours (weekends, holidays, evenings).
