Power Equipment Company is seeking a Customer Support Manager to deepen enterprise relationships with target Major Accounts in the Little Rock, AR territory. You will act as a liaison among PECO personnel and customer teams to minimize downtime and costs of equipment in service.
The role requires up to 50% travel, a 2-year degree or equivalent, and strong computer/CRM skills to support product service programs and field operations. Day shift with field visits and demonstrations are planned.
