Working Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30p - 11p, Friday and Saturday night 10:45p-6:45a (overnight)
- Provides operational leadership for CCS.
- Provides the highest level of customer service, emergency activations and call processing.
- Participates in after hours CCS staffing on call.
- Provides coordination of BH pager support and services.
- Coordinates and trains all new employees.
- Assists in ongoing training and support of team members.
- Maintains accurate information in the knowledge base.
- Prepares work scheduled for team members.
- Demonstrates positive leadership in all aspects of the job.
- Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. 36 months call center customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Performance expectations as specified are achieved (Call Center Associate I and Call Center Associate II expectations exceeded). Self starter. Positive leader skills. Organizational skills.
This job will be authorized
80.00 hours bi-weekly.
