About the role

Plum Labs is seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer to manage the full design lifecycle for our web and mobile platforms. You will serve as the primary design lead, working directly with our engineering department and clients to develop new products and refine existing interfaces.

• Lead all design initiatives as the sole designer for the organization.
• Partner with engineers to build new products from initial concept to final implementation.
• Communicate directly with clients in English to gather project requirements and present design strategies.
• Update and improve the user interface and experience of current mobile and web applications.
• Help define the long-term product roadmap and design strategy.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a design role.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes.
• Experience performing usability testing and user research.
• Strong visual design capabilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to honest communication and ongoing professional growth.

• Curiosity and a proactive approach to solving design challenges.
