Summary of
Job Duties:
The Administrative Analyst will provide administrative support for the School of Human Inquiry. In this role, the incumbent will collaborate with various units within the college and the university. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
Qualifications:
Required
Education and/or Experience
* Formal education is equivalent to a high school diploma.
Preferred
Education and/or Experience
* Associate's degree or higher;
* Experience with Banner, Workday, and/or Degree Works.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare letters, memos, and other school documents;
* Respond to inquiries from students, staff, faculty, and the public;
* Assist the co-directors with maintaining school budgets;
* Initiate purchase requisitions and monitor expenditures;
* Manage the school lease and purchase contracts, including office equipment and office and supplies;
* Assist in making travel arrangements for faculty members, students, and visitors;
* Assist in preparing reports, newsletters, outreach materials, and other documents;
* Maintain proficiency in University computer programs and software applications;
* Supervise and train work-study students;
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Have knowledge of computers and software applications;

* Be able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel, Banner, and Workday;
* Be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and demonstrate organizational and prioritization abilities in accomplishing tasks.
