The Education Consultant at Prime Capital Financial is a key driver of our education strategy, supporting our mission to inspire people to achieve their life’s ambitions. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact financial education to advisors, plan sponsors, and retirement plan participants through both in-person and virtual channels. The Education Consultant serves as a trusted educator and strategic partner, owning the end-to-end education experience while driving measurable engagement, adoption, and behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive financial wellness and retirement education to advisors, plan sponsors, and plan participants in live and virtual formats
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions that translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Customize education materials, presentations, and communication strategies to align with client objectives and participant needs.
- Drive participant engagement across key metrics, including attendance, enrollment, investment action, and utilization of financial wellness services.
- Partner closely with advisors as an extension of their practice to deliver a seamless, differentiated client experience.
- Maintain proactive communication with plan sponsors and advisors throughout the education lifecycle.
- Provide professional reporting and stewardship summaries outlining education activity, outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future education cycles.
- Travel to client locations as required to support onsite education delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Education, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan education, financial services education, or a comparable client-facing instructional role.
- Demonstrated success in educating diverse audiences and influencing financial decision-making.
- CRPC designation required or obtained within six months of hire; additional financial planning or education credentials are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to deliver polished, executive-level presentations.
- Financial & Retirement Expertise: Strong working knowledge of retirement plans, financial wellness principles, and investment fundamentals.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Participant Engagement: Proven ability to motivate individuals to take action and increase engagement across education programs.
- Instructional Design & Delivery: Ability to design, adapt, and deliver education experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
- Relationship Management: High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and credibility with advisors, plan sponsors, and participants.
- Analytical & Reporting Acumen: Ability to evaluate education effectiveness, synthesize data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Professional Presence: Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
