  Create objectives, outlines, course slides, graphics, interactive exercises, workbooks, animations, and instructor guides/delivery plans. Manage content using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Articulate, or other eLearning applications to align with software features.
• Implement Systems Design Methodologies:
  Utilize systems design methodologies to develop effective and engaging training solutions.
• Integrate Advanced Learning Techniques:
  Incorporate e-learning, gamification, and blended learning techniques to reduce instructor‑led training time and enhance learner outcomes.
• Assess and Evaluate:
  Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, recommending improvements for ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
• Stay Current:
  Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.

  Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in technical training.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise with instructional development and delivery technologies such as Adobe Articulate, learning management systems like Docebo, SABA Cloud, and Canvas, and content architecture systems.
