We’re looking for an enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team of passionate educators.

• Assist in instruction of young children with learning differences, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans, leading small and large group instruction.
• Apply effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Support the lead teacher with organization, cleaning, and material preparation to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure student safety and well‑being by following procedures and exercising sound judgment.
• Lead the classroom in the teacher’s absence, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
• Serve as a positive role model, interacting with students during learning and leisure time.
• Facilitate recreational activities and group games to promote socialization and teamwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience working with children.
