Training Consultant Lead/Supervisor
Location:
Little Rock, AR 72201
Duration: 12 months contract

Job Summary:
Responsible for assessing training needs, designing, and delivering learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to improve employee performance and organizational capability. This role partners with stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale training programs and initiatives
- Develop learning strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee curriculum design and instructional standards
- Mentor junior consultants and trainers
- Evaluate organizational learning effectiveness and ROI
- Implement advanced learning technologies and tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience in one of the following areas:
Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Adult Education. - 10+ of experience in the following areas:
Leadership, Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or Business Administration Apply current instructional design theory, adult learning theory, and best practices to create effective learning and training opportunities. - Assess the needs of learners and create learning solutions that address business needs and supports current organizational and company objectives (Including but not limited to instructor led training, e-learning courses, video-based learning, hybrid learning environments, microlearning, simulations, AR/VR, gamification, facilitator and participant guides, process documentation, infographics, job aids and coaching).
- Skilled in use of Vision and/or Articulate or other recognized content development platforms. Work with stakeholders and clients to provide proper analysis of requested needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to learn the necessary information to design and create engaging techniques and effective learning experiences.
- Apply Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) or other approved development models as required for all course development.
- Perform assessments to identify training and developmental opportunities.
- Analyze existing training delivery to determine the best method for future delivery.
- Apply evaluation models to assure the highest level of training effectiveness.
- Build objective-based assessments that gauge if critical skills and competencies are met.
