Position Overview

We are seeking a Substitute Teacher to work at eStem Public Charter School in Little Rock, AR.

1st Shift | $110 per day

• Assume the duties of district employees according to lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
• Empower students to learn and encourage active classroom participation.
• For long‑term assignments, develop lesson plans and administer/grading tests and assignments.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to obtain Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out‑of‑pocket, non‑refundable expense).
