Assistant or Associate Professor – CHP Physician Assistant

• Have primary responsibility of assisting with the implementation, evaluation, and revision of the didactic and clinical curriculum
• Responsible for presenting lectures and laboratory instruction
• Develop and grade examinations and assignments
• Recruit guest lecturers
• Actively involved with student advising and admissions, faculty meetings, committees, and scholarly activity.

• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant or medical program
• Master’s degree
• Current National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
• At least three years of clinical experience as a practicing physician assistant or physician
• Eligibility for professional licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Strong commitment to supporting the missions of the department, college, and university.

Demonstrates expertise in curriculum development and evaluation, alongside strong clinical experience as a Physician Assistant. Engages in student advising and faculty collaboration while upholding the missions of the educational institution.
