Educational Testing Service (ETS) is seeking a hands-on Manager, Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition across search, social, CTV, OOH, podcasts, and partnerships. You will drive registrations, prep sales, and revenue, working cross-functionally with TOEFL and other programs.
In this role you’ll lead strategy, manage budgets, build audience infrastructure, and use AI tools to optimize campaigns and reports. A strong ROI track record and multi-channel experience are required.
