the education finance program operations coordinator provides statewide operational, administrative, and program support for school finance and business services initiatives as part of arkansas public school computer network (apscn/efinance). This position coordinates training and professional development activities, manages user access and security processes, maintains web-based resources and communications, supports financial and administrative operations, and facilitates meetings and events. Serving as a liaison between school districts, education cooperatives, and internal stakeholders, the coordinator ensures accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and regulatory compliance.
The position requires frequent statewide travel to conduct training sessions, support workshops and provide direct assistance to district personnel while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement of program operations.

The supervisor / expert collaborates with multiple educational agencies, policymakers, and a variety of assorted personnel in an attempt to enhance the quality of education and promote effective teaching and learning.
