About the role IXL Learning is seeking a dedicated District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team in Arkansas. This on-site position involves working directly with school districts across Arkansas to support the successful implementation of IXL's educational products and services. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with district leaders, principals, and educators to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to integrate IXL effectively into their instructional practices.

Your role will be vital in fostering strong relationships, providing professional development, and guiding districts through the adoption process to improve student outcomes through personalized learning solutions.

• - Act as the primary implementation expert for IXL within assigned districts in Arkansas, guiding them through the onboarding and adoption process.
• - Partner with district leadership to develop customized professional development strategies that align with their specific educational goals and needs.
• - Build and nurture strong relationships with district administrators, principals, and educators to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing support.
• - Travel within Arkansas for approximately 40% to 60% of your time to deliver in-person training sessions, conduct classroom visits, and engage with district staff directly.
• - Lead engaging live and virtual professional development sessions designed to maximize educator understanding and effective use of IXL's platform.
• - Collaborate with the Sales team to support districts during pilot phases, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to evaluate IXL's effectiveness.
• - Use data analysis tools to interpret district usage data, student performance metrics, and other relevant information to inform strategic planning and targeted support.
• - Provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure districts can resolve issues quickly and continue to benefit from IXL's features.
• - Assist districts in aligning IXL implementation with their existing curriculum and instructional practices to maximize impact.
• - Gather feedback from districts regarding their experiences with IXL and professional development sessions to inform continuous improvement of services and product enhancements.
• - Support districts in developing sustainable plans for ongoing professional development and platform integration beyond initial implementation.
• - Maintain detailed records of district interactions, training sessions, and support activities to ensure consistent follow-up and accountability.
• - Stay informed about updates and new features of IXL's platform to effectively communicate benefits and train educators on new functionalities.
• - Promote best practices in instructional technology and personalized learning to help districts leverage IXL's full potential.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to share district feedback and contribute to product development insights.
• - Represent IXL Learning professionally at district meetings, conferences, and other educational events as needed.

• - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• - Over 5 years of experience working in K-12 education, particularly in delivering professional development or supporting district initiatives.
• - Proven experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience providing professional development to educators and administrators.
• - Demonstrated success in leading instructional initiatives, curriculum adoption, or technology integration at the district or school level.
• - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to student performance, platform usage, and other relevant metrics.
• - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences including educators, principals, and district leaders.
• - Strong interpersonal skills; a dynamic, enthusiastic individual capable of building positive relationships and fostering collaboration.
• - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• - Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn new technologies and instructional strategies.
• - Willingness to travel within Arkansas for 40% to 60% of the time to support districts in person.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
