The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating program quality, and collaborating with educators, parents, and community partners to promote children's success and well-being.
Key qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to early childhood programs
