• Perform diagnostic repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on X‑ray equipment at customer sites.
• Respond to service calls and quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and performance.
• Install, calibrate, and test X‑ray systems while ensuring proper setup and operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, clearly explaining equipment issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service and maintenance activities.
• Travel locally to client sites to perform service work and support customer needs.
• Stay up to date on X‑ray technology advancements and service best practices.
