ARCHITECT:Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing commercial-scale projects. Intern architects & design professionals with Bachelor or Masters in Architecture will be considered if actively pursuing licensure.
The applicant should be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up. ETC is focused on design that reflects a client’s needs and culture. Communicating with clients of varying professional backgrounds is essential.
CIVIL ENGINEER:The Civil Engineering candidate must possess industry knowledge in the fields of land development, site planning, street design, grading, drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, and water & wastewater utilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and attending meetings with clients.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer is preferable, but successful completion of FE and active track to secure PE is required. Skill in using design software, such as Autodesk and AutoCAD Civil 3D, is required.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT:A Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) or a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BSLA) with 3-5 years of experience. Professional registration is a plus. Strong writing and communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (HVAC):The Mechanical Engineer candidate must be capable of designing and preparing construction plans and specifications for HVAC systems for public and commercial buildings. Ensure accuracy and adherence to all AR HVAC Building Code requirements.
An ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a Professional License and 5-7 years of industry experience. The candidate must have design software knowledge (AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit); engineering and load calculation software knowledge; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent written and oral communication skills.
