We are looking for an Engineering Technician to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Engineering Technician, you’ll be responsible for supporting the efforts of the engineering team. This role is a key member of our Engineering team.

Responsibilities- Put safety first – Always!
- Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
- Support Process engineering with the validation of new processes and equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to the production and maintenance teams to drive results.
- Identify the root cause of production issues and determine appropriate solutions, which may involve maintenance intervention, process or design adjustment, or training of operators.
- Provide feedback to the engineers for improvements that positively affect safety, rate, yield, and uptime.
- Provide after-hour support to the production staff on engineering-related issues.
- Build relationships with quality teams and technical specialists to support alignment and collaboration.
- Demonstrate safety values by performing and developing best practices.

Experience5+ years of experience in manufacturing or 3+ years of Trex Manufacturing experience is required for this role. If you have worked for 1+ years as a PT4 level specialist at Trex, we want to hear from you!

SalaryBase Hourly Range: $34.00 - 42.00 per hour
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply.
