Electrical Engineer, PE (Levels I–III) Locations
Little Rock, AR;

Salt Lake City, UT (open to relocation)
- PE I (3+ years): $115,000–$130,000 + annual bonus (undisclosed)
- PE II (7+ years): $130,000–$145,000 + annual bonus (undisclosed)
- PE III (10+ years): $145,000–$160,000 + annual bonus (undisclosed)
- Primarily onsite preferred, with potential flexibility
- Role is intended to develop into a future management position
- ~10% travel depending on office location, all regional and drivable
- Travel expenses fully reimbursed

OverviewThis role serves as the Engineer of Record (EOR), providing technical leadership in the design, development, and oversight of electrical engineering solutions. The Electrical Engineer will work within an integrated project team and act as a technical authority for assigned projects.
Responsibilities- Design, analyze, and evaluate electrical systems and infrastructure
- Develop new systems and improve existing electrical designs
- Produce engineering drawings, perform field evaluations, and manage project execution
- Apply engineering principles and technical analyses to assigned work
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and potential supervisory support
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required (Electrical preferred; Mechanical PE considered)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3–10+ years of electrical engineering and design experience (based on level)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Working knowledge of NEC standards
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, and/or central energy plant (CEP) projects
- Background in medium voltage protection and power distribution systems
- Experience with paralleled generator systems (medium to low voltage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
