We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple locations, supporting design and development initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Perform civil engineering design for land development and infrastructure projects
• Utilize hydrology and hydraulics principles to support project analysis and solutions
• Develop and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Conduct modeling and analysis using HEC‑RAS
• Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare technical reports, plans, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Fundamentals of Engineering required / PE Preferred
• 5–10 years of relevant civil engineering experience

• Strong working knowledge of HEC‑RAS
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience in project design, land development, and hydrology/hydraulics

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities
