Halff has an immediate opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Little Rock, AR location. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Transportation Design for roadway and highway design projects. • Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Perform schematic design work
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent engineering degree
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• The ability to obtain an EIT certificate within one (1) year
• Great communication skills
• Strong relationship and team‑building skills
• Self‑motivated and strong organizational skills
• 0 to 3 years of experience in transportation design for roadway and highway design projects
• Experience with Micro Station and/or Open Roads Designer
• Knowledge of applicable roadway and drainage modules
