• Design using Revit or Navisworks and implement the digital roadmap from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring VDC tools are utilized to meet performance metrics and safety standards.
• Establish precise 3D coordinate systems and merge complex models from various design and engineering partners into a single unified model that serves as the source of truth.
• Lead high-stakes coordination sessions to identify and resolve spatial conflicts virtually, focusing on MEP integration to prevent costly field rework.
• Link 3D models to project timelines to generate 4D simulations and 3D site logistics plans, enabling teams to visualize construction phasing and identify scheduling bottlenecks early.
• Bridge the gap between digital design and the jobsite by managing laser scan point cloud integrations for as‑built accuracy and providing technical training to project personnel to meet model-based goals on site.
• Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

• Manager-level experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
