Overview
We are seeking a Tooling Engineer to support aircraft-related manufacturing and engineering initiatives. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimization of tooling used in aerospace production environments, ensuring efficiency, precision, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment for aircraft manufacturing and assembly
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance and reduce cycle times
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process development efforts
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure tooling designs meet aerospace quality and safety standards
- Work within CAD and PLM systems to manage tooling designs and revisions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of tooling or manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace
- Experience with CAD tools (CATIA preferred) and PLM systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, composites, assembly, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with aircraft structures or systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of aerospace standards and compliance requirements
