• Electrical systems integration and validation.
• Approve device transmittals.
• Develop vehicle-level logical schematics.
• Conduct design/compatibility reviews.
• Support system-level validation/diagnostics.
• Provide technical support for prototype and pre-production builds.
• Setup DT Structure in VSEM‑GDT and approve the system aspect of the DT.
• Ensure generic fusing and grounding strategies are followed.
• Execute compatibility review and assess systems FMEA.
• Assess and comply with related system requirements (FEDE).
• Coordinate TDR preparation and follow‑up with technical specialists at gateways and track tasks via JIRA.

• HIL/FDJ Breadboard – provide configurations and extraordinary support if needed.
• DCV Breadboard (E/E pre‑build system breadboard) – determine feature configuration of the breadboard variants, check BOM for part presence, configure modules (FCT – Ford Converter Tool or EOL simulation), update module software, perform functional testing, and conduct VEV DV breadboard sign‑off.
• Support troubleshooting and maintain BOM, software, and issue tracking.
• Execute DV tests (FEDE) and perform plant build kit updates.
• Run self‑test and collect bus query data (part number, configuration, DTCs).

• Manage module software readiness document and utilize SWBOM to track software revisions.
• Support EOL‑VSCS testing (DSC/APTL testing). Identify system differences from DCV to TT and update test vehicles.
• Update software in modules using SWCM/IVS or JFrog, troubleshoot issues from EOL testing, and replace modules with virgin‑ized units at the plant.
• EOL troubleshooting, DTC masking, and CBT support.
• Functional issue triage and support extraordinary actions as needed.
• Support PMT/TPP with on‑site mods (software and configuration with Movimento) and assist in VOCF DTC tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration and validation.
• Experience in electrical systems, exterior automotive lighting (preferred).

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are within commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
