Our client, a rapidly growing General Contractor specializing in mission-critical construction, is seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical QA/QC Leads and CX Professionals to join a major hyperscale data center project in Arkansas.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes throughout construction and commissioning phases
  • Review and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and turnover documentation
  • Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure systems are delivered to the highest standards
  • Lead system inspections, testing, and issue resolution activities
  • Drive successful project turnover and commissioning milestones
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements
  • Support the delivery of critical MEP infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, generators, UPS systems, switch gear, and associated mission-critical equipment
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and commissioning processes
  • Experience managing MEP systems through construction, testing, and turnover phases
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Data center experience is highly desirable
