Site Design Project Manager
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager to join their Little Rock team! Primary responsibilities include: manage financial success of projects through the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensure projects completed on a timely basis; manages complex contract negotiations; lead the execution of project plans; assemble/manage project teams; coordinate availability of internal resources; assign individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives;
ensure deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performance; manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project; coordinate detailed reviews of technical work; build/maintain client relationships; document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files;
mentor/train junior staff.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; 6+ years of experience in site design and development; PE License; project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
