George Thomas has partnered with a leading plastics packaging manufacturer to hire a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Arkansas or Wisconsin operations. You will develop asset strategies and lead reliability improvements while coaching operators to ensure safe, efficient equipment performance.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 4+ years in manufacturing, and experience in thermoforming/plastics. Familiarity with automation, conveyors, vision systems, and robotics is a major plus.
