City of Little Rock is seeking a civil engineer to perform engineering and administrative duties for EPA NPDES and FEMA NFIP compliance; you will review civil plans for subdivisions and commercial developments to ensure adherence to master plans, manuals and ordinances. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, one year of Civil Engineering experience including floodplain or NPDES work and one year of supervisory experience.
Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.
