Batson Inc. is looking for an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Designer to join our Little Rock team and contribute to practical, high-quality work that makes a real difference.

- Preferred: 3-5 years of electrical engineering or design experience.
- BSEE or similar degree required.
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, or ability to complete it within 6 months of hire.
- Perform electrical engineering calculations and prepare technical reports and design diagrams.
- Review plans and specifications prepared by other members of the design team.
- Research and interpret applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Design electrical circuits, wiring layouts, and lighting systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Specify, size, and integrate electrical equipment into new or existing systems.
- Develop Instrument Loop Sheet details and automation and control designs, including PLC cabinets and marshalling panels.
- Provide BIM and 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit; CAD drafting support using AutoCAD.
- Conduct occasional visits to construction job sites to support design and construction compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate professionally with peers, management, and clients.
