The Creative Production team is responsible for the release and representation of content on Netflix, including localization, synopsis, metadata, ratings, and creative assets. The Product Creative Studio team focuses on creating compelling discovery experiences through illustrations and videos, connecting subscribers with the content they love. Collaboration with game developers, the internal game studio, and external agencies develops promotional creative campaigns for games on Netflix and app stores.

• Clear the way for the team by improving cross‑functional relationships and identifying workflow gaps.
• Relentlessly focus on creating world‑class creative, standardizing workflows, and seeking opportunities to scale.
• Build the profile of the CP Games team and evangelize our work to internal teams and developers.
• Understand testing breadth and assess its impact.
• Strengthen partnership with internal teams to increase reach and collaboration.
• Hire exceptional employees, grow the team, and develop strong networks of talent.

• Experience building, managing and evolving a strategic and/or creative team.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and best practices.
• Game publishing and/or asset optimization experience.
