Job Duties
Manages random moment and 100% time studies: adding/removing participants, RMTS subsample reviews, provides assistance to participants as needed, carries out quality control processes. Creates/processes 1026 forms to establish coding for positions and transactions. Enters new coding into Coding Validation Table (CVT). Reviews data for quarterly cost allocation runs. Prepares error correction forms for modifications made in Pre-Cost Allocation Transaction Review (PCATR) as necessary.
Monitors error corrections through cost allocation process. Gathers data reports for use in quarterly cost allocation runs.

The Fiscal Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fiscal processes within an agency, ensuring the proper handling of financial documentation, and supporting the preparation of budgets and reports. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate completion of fiscal support functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation of financial reports, budget requests, and records. Ensure that financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately. Assist with the administration of accounts payable/receivable and other fiscal duties. Maintain financial records and files in compliance with regulations. Serve as a point of contact for fiscal-related questions and issues. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial standards.
Knowledge and SkillsUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial management processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. One to three years of experience in fiscal support or related field.
Preferred Qualifications- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with time studies used for cost allocation, including the use of the EasyRMTS™ and Allo Trac™ applications.
- Experience with completing/processing 1026 forms for position coding and setting up new combinations.
- Experience with creating expense error corrections and monitoring them through the cost allocation process.
- Experience with cost allocation processes and allocation methodologies, including the use of the AlloCAP™ application.
- Experience with creating new combinations used for coding positions and other transactions, including making entries/modifications in the Coding Validation Table.
- Experience with the Pre-Cost Allocation Transaction Review (PCATR) System, including understanding how and why modifications are made.
- Knowledge and experience in cost accounting.
- Ability to apply regulations and compliance associated with cost allocation narrative and methodologies.
