Bank of England is offering a Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) to prepare candidates for a career in the mortgage industry. This full-time program includes hands-on training, and participants will transition to licensed Loan Officer roles within 12-18 months based on performance.
Candidates will work closely with experienced Loan Officers, assist with borrower communication, and manage loan processing tasks. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a high school diploma or GED are required. Growth opportunities and health benefits are included.
