Position Summary
Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, budget requests, and records. Ensure that financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately. Assist with the administration of accounts payable/receivable and other fiscal duties. Maintain financial records and files in compliance with regulations. Serve as a point of contact for fiscal-related questions and issues. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial standards.
This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available.
Preferred QualificationExperience with the AWARE software application.
Job Responsibilities And Expected Results- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for designated programs.
- Provides financial analysis and strategic input to support high-level decision-making by management.
- Communicates complex cost accounting concepts to management and staff.
- Processes payments for grant recipients.
- Assists with setting up vendors in AASIS and resolving payment issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job SummaryThe Fiscal Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fiscal processes within an agency, ensuring the proper handling of financial documentation, and supporting the preparation of budgets and reports. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate completion of fiscal support functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Assist with the administration of accounts payable/receivable and other fiscal duties. Maintain financial records and files in compliance with regulations. Serve as a point of contact for fiscal-related questions and issues. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial standards.
Knowledge And SkillsUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial management processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. One to three years of experience in fiscal support or related field.
