Associate Treasury Management Officer

Role Overview

The Associate Treasury Management Officer (ATMO) is a critical part of the Treasury Management sales team at Simmons Bank and supports the Treasury Management Officer in managing their assigned territory and portfolio.

• Develop a strong TM product background and understand the full suite of services.
• Prepare pro‑forma pricing and assist with pricing questions and research.
• Support TMO pre‑call planning, client research, and identification of cross‑sell opportunities.
• Create sales presentations, RFP responses, account schematics, relationship reviews, and other sale‑related materials as requested.
• Analyze information and apply critical thinking to design and/or execute client solutions.
• Interact with internal/external clients to gather or clarify information and expand existing client relationships.
• Articulate recommendations to customers in response to client servicing and product‑related inquiries.
• Assist with management of TM relationships including renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure.
• Perform other sales or client relationship projects as needed.

• 2–5 years of banking experience (preferably business/commercial). Treasury management experience preferred.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive approach to change.
• Business acumen and understanding of cash conversion cycle and risk reduction tools.
• Customer experience management orientation.

Microsoft Office proficiency.
