The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager will play a critical role on the commercial lending team in Central Arkansas by:
- Working closely with relationship managers, underwriters, credit analysts, loan operations, and external partners to support or oversee the service and documentation of commercial loan relationships
- Engaging borrowers to obtain required financial information while reviewing all submitted documentation for accuracy and eligibility
- Performing underwriting summaries for new and renewal commercial loan requests to support sound credit decisions
- Assisting in covenant tracking and financial ratio stress testing to ensure ongoing compliance and identification of emerging risks
- Providing oversight on project-related activities, including construction inspections, documentation review, and progress reporting to confirm adherence to approved terms and timelines
- Conducting stress testing and concentration reporting on loan portfolios

To be successful as a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, you will need:
- Lending or financial analysis experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in commercial credit
- Solid understanding of banking regulations, credit standards, and loan policy
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
