Overview
The Contract Management Analyst works closely with the Senior Contract Management Analyst to recover lost revenue caused by contract underpayments. The analyst studies managed care contracts and reviews payments that are not in line with expected reimbursement. They work with managed care payers to resolve discrepancies and recover any lost revenue, and track and trend variances, EPIC build needs, and payer performance.
Responsibilities- Recover lost revenue due to contract underpayments.
- Study managed care contracts and review payments for reimbursement accuracy.
- Collaborate with managed care payers to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Track and trend variances and payer performance.
- Assist with EPIC build needs related to contract management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Patient Financial Services.
