Mortgage Post Closer/SHIP II

Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service regarding the review of closing documentation on mortgage loans as required by investors, agencies, and company policy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and proper completion;
• Upload reviewed packages and follow up on outstanding documentation with title companies and investors.
• Prepare Promissory Notes for safekeeping; package closed loan files and prepare for shipping in accordance with investor instructions and procedures.
• Reviewing investor websites to determine if further documentation required or if further follow up required.
• Prepare and submit check requests to accounting.
• Obtain and submit conditions to investors upon request in accordance with investor instructions and procedures.
• Monitor submission of documents to investors; monitor due dates and adhere to deadlines.
• Remit final documents in accordance with instructions and procedures and within the time period required.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office suite
