* ** OVERVIEW*
* The Financial Solutions Manager will drive equipment sales growth, profitability, and portfolio performance through the development and execution of strategic financing solutions for healthcare providers. They will partner with customers, Canon Medical sales teams, and funding partners to structure customized capital acquisition programs, expand financing penetration, and support long-term customer relationships. They will also serve as a trusted financial advisor to healthcare executives through executive-level consultative selling, healthcare industry expertise, strategic account development, and innovative financing programs that support customer objectives while managing risk and driving profitable growth.

** RESPONSIBILITIES*
* + Achieve annual booking, funding, profitability, fee income, and portfolio performance objectives.

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase financing penetration, customer retention, and revenue growth.

+ Originate and develop financing opportunities in partnership with account managers, modality business managers, regional leadership, and growth market teams.

+ Build executive-level relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including CFOs, administrators, and C-suite executives.

+ Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess customer financial objectives, capital acquisition needs, and reimbursement considerations.

+ Structure, negotiate, and present customized financing solutions, including leasing, lending, deferred payment, managed services, and other financing programs.

+ Analyze customer financial statements, operating performance, and market conditions to identify opportunities and manage risk.

+ Partner with underwriting, legal, operations, and funding partners to execute transactions from origination through funding.

+ Manage pipeline forecasting, portfolio reporting, and customer relationship activities.

+ Monitor healthcare, regulatory, reimbursement, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.

+ Lead financing strategy education and sales enablement initiatives.

+ Design and promote innovative financing programs that enhance competitive position.

+ Represent Canon Medical Finance at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic business initiatives.

+ Experience collaborating across sales, underwriting, legal, operations, and executive leadership teams.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

** QUALIFICATIONS*
* + Financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, risk assessment, and transaction structuring.

+ Risk Assessment:
Must gauge customersâ creditworthiness and analyze payer mix, reimbursement risk, financial statements and business plans to assess financial viability.

+ Knowledge of healthcare provider economics, reimbursement methodologies, capital budgeting, and healthcare delivery systems.

+ Draft comprehensive, highly descriptive credit memorandums that clearly articulate the deal structure, and its risk and mitigants.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific financial calculation tools (i.e. TValue)

+ Executive-level relationship management and consultative selling experience.

+ Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and strategic account development skills.

+ Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

+ 2 years associate's degree equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

+ 10 + years' experience within the healthcare leasing industry.

Pay Information: $147K base plus target incentive.
