• Develop and manage relationships with small business clients
• Identify lending opportunities and recommend financial solutions
• Analyze credit requests and assist with underwriting and portfolio management
• Partner with customers to help them achieve their business goals
• Participate in community and business development activities
• Work closely with experienced lenders and bank leadership to gain exposure to commercial lending, credit, deposits, and other banking services

• 2-5 years of banking, credit, or lending experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in commercial lending and small business banking
• Active involvement in the community or a desire to build local connections
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
