The EBanking Processing Specialist processes ACH disputes and daily incoming/outgoing ACH Files from the Fed. This position processes daily ACH same day transactions, returns, chargebacks, IATs, authorization requests and exception items on a scheduled basis daily. The E Banking Processing Specialist provides customer service to bank employees as it relates to ACH services for returns and authorization requests. This position serves as a backup for outgoing ACH Files submitted by our Cash Management clients through the cash management portal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.

High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLSAbility to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and sometimes tight schedules is a must.
