Summary:

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the credit union branch and making sure staff follow all credit union policies and procedures. As well as, oversee deposit and lending activities to make sure transactions are handled accurately and according to credit union policies. Work with the Regional Manager on consumer loans, sales and member outreach programs, and plans to grow the branch.

Help members understand the credit union’s products and services and provide accurate information to answer their questions. Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Build strong relationships with members and support a positive member experience. Lead and participate in community development and outreach projects on behalf of the credit union. Support the overall success and growth of the branch by helping the team meet its goals and serve members effectively.

Job Requirements:

• At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Company services and products.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
