Member Service Representative

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
• Perform assigned side-jobs
• Assist other tellers as needed
• Provide prompt, professional service to credit union members
• Enhance members' banking experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
• General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn new software/systems
