As a Universal Banker, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, identifying financial solutions, and supporting a variety of everyday banking needs.

As a Universal Banker, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:

• Building meaningful relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
• Processing a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently
• Opening and servicing deposit accounts
• Assisting customers with debit card services and online banking support
• Working with customers on consumer loans
• Educating customers on available products and services
• Supporting daily branch operations and maintaining operational excellence
• Delivering the friendly, professional service our communities have come to expect from The Citizens Bank

• Previous banking experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
