Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of a revenue unit or program area within the Department of Finance and Administration's Revenue Division, ensuring compliance with Arkansas tax, licensing, and child support laws. The role involves supervising staff, managing financial operations, analyzing performance data, and resolving complex taxpayer and customer issues. This position drives efficiency and service delivery across tax administration, collections, motor vehicle operations, or child support services.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, or social work plus four years' experience in revenue-related or administrative suppor
• OR high school diploma plus five years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, or administrative support
• Two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Deep understanding of state revenue systems, tax law, accounting principles, and public finance operations
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to resolve complex compliance and personnel issues
