The Fiscal Support Supervisor/Expert oversees a team of fiscal support specialists at the Arkansas Department of Human Services, ensuring fiscal operations are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role combines fiscal expertise with leadership responsibilities, including supervision of staff, technical guidance on complex fiscal issues, and liaison work between departments. This position is based in Little Rock, AR.
Keyqualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cost allocation principles, PACAP requirements, and federal claiming rules
- Experience supervising fiscal staff and overseeing daily cost allocation or reporting operations
- Proficiency with AASIS/SAP/S4
HANA, AlloCAP™™, CVT, EasyRMTS™, Allo Trac™, and related fiscal interfaces - Ability to analyze financial data, reconcile reports, and prepare compliant federal submissions
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred with 3-5 years of fiscal management experience
