A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee site management and ensure patient safety during clinical trials. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of site monitoring experience, preferably in Oncology. The successful candidate will partner with site personnel to deliver high-quality clinical operation while adhering to ICH/GCP standards. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, managing relationships, and ensuring timely reporting of study progress.

Travel of 60-80% is expected.
