Summary:
Provides safe and effective family centered nutritional care to patients from newborn to adult with a variety of diagnoses. Reviews diagnosis and implements nutritional care plans for patients using general dietetic standards and regulations. Serves as a resource for other staff to assist with problem-solving, participates in shared governance and evidence based practice and begins developing clinical leadership skills in assigned areas.
Generally independent and works on complex cases. Contributes to assigned projects.
Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university
Recommended
Education:
Master’s degree; or equivalent combination of education with experience
Required
Certifications:
Licensed Dietitian (LD) – Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board, Registered Dietician Nutritionist – Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
