Overview
Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The Staff Therapist III has one year of professional experience with Baptist Health or two years of professional experience total. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care with autonomy and accountability, demonstrating expertise in a complex patient population.
- Arkansas State board license.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum one year of professional experience with Baptist Health or two years of professional experience total.
- Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level III.
- CPR certification.
This job will be authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
